I've been practicing and teaching yoga and Iyengar Yoga for many years now. Its a love rather than vocation. I hope I can bring more to a yoga class than just excerise. Please cone along and learn safely, in progression with clear instruction and kindness. Iyengar Yoga is for Everyone.
