Valerie Judge

Bio:

Currently teaching a beginners class at Aquinas College Adult Education Department in Stockport, I began my own yoga journey there in 2005. Having qualified in 2021, I now have a Level 1 certificate. Debbie Bartholomew was my teacher and generously offered for me to take over the class she had taught for over twenty years. Yoga has helped me physically, mentally and in every other part of my life to find a balance that has come from fun and persistence. I am thankful for the opportunity to live a fuller life as a result.
