Zoe Reason

Bio:

Began teaching in London in 2005 and moved to Lewes in Sussex in 2008 where I taught busy classes for many years. Studied extensively with Rajiv and Swati Chanchani (the first generation of teachers trained by BKS Iyengar) at their centre at the foothills of the Himalayas - paying close and methodical attention to the breath. They have become my main teachers and I've been fortunate enough to spend several extended study trips with them and to assist in their local and medical classes. I've also made regular visits to Pune to study with the Iyengar family. In 2018 I moved to Knowle in Bristol, having waited patiently to find somewhere beautiful from which I could teach from home. Am looking forward to helping build a thriving yoga community in BS4.
