Bethan Manford

Bio:

I have been practicing Iyengar yoga in Maida Vale since 2008. I became more serious about my practice in 2015 then trained to be a teacher. My training was with Sally Sullivan, Stephen Richardson and my teacher Korinna Pilifidas-Williams.

I trained pre and post pregnancy and was grateful for the experience of learning more about the body during these periods of significant change.
I qualified in 2020.
