Eleonora Shishmanova

Following 40 years of personal practice, I have finally felt at home with the Iyengar method and I have since qualified. I am teaching beginners and general classes in Plymouth. All ages and abilities are welcome. Since April 2020 I have been teaching online using Zoom.
