Bio:

Emily began her journey with Iyengar Yoga at the age of 15, discovering a passion for the practice that has only grown over the years. After dedicating eight years to regular practice, she embarked on her teacher training in 2019. Emily successfully completed her Level 1 syllabus exam in 2024, marking the beginning of her teaching career. With a deep commitment to the principles of Iyengar Yoga, Emily aims to inspire and guide her students through precise alignment, mindful practice, and the transformative benefits of yoga.
