Emma Harrison

I started practising Iyengar yoga in 1990, fell in love with it and love passing on its many benefits to mind and body to my students. Students are challenged to work to the best of their ability within a supportive and welcoming environment; they can progress to higher level classes when ready. I have classes suitable from beginner to intermediate level. I continue to develop my own practice and continue to learn from senior UK and Indian Iyengar teachers.
