Bio:

I have been practising since 1975 and Teaching Iyengar yoga since 1980 first for Birmingham City Council for 22 years and then since 2002 at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham. I was awarded an Advanced level Certificate by BKS Iyengar in 2011. I teach all levels of classes including a teachers advanced class and teach intensives , workshops and a medical class. I am also teacher of Birmingham City football Club since 2005. All my classes at the Institute are also streamed live online. Please see website to book.
