John Aplin

Bio:

My initial training was with Carole Lawrence and Jeanne Maslen.  Later I was a student of David Reddicen.  As a scientist working in women’s health I look at yoga as a science but also as an art. Through Jeanne, Mr Iyengar helped me recover from a serious accident. This started me off on the path of teaching and researching remedial yoga, and I have also carried out research in yoga as applied to pregnancy. Most recently I have been working with Uday Bhosale and Debra Bartholomew. I split my time between Manchester and Brecon.
