Bio:

I come from a strong background of different physical and mental activities, studying Sports Science at University and started practicing Iyengar Yoga 30 years ago while working and bringing up my family. When I moved to South America I really became absorbed into the Iyengar method and trained to be a teacher passing my Level 1/2 in 2020. I have been teaching in both Spanish and English for the last 6 years preparing to become a level 2 teacher. I moved back to the UK in 2024 and built a small Yoga Studio in my garden and am teaching small groups in my local area of Woodlands Park in Maidenhead.
