Lynne Myall

I am a Level 1 teacher having qualified in October 2023. I am a co-director and teacher at Warwickshire Iyengar Yoga, a not-for-profit organisation. We have a small studio in an urban area of Leamington Spa where we offer Iyengar Yoga to all members of the community.

I started studying Iyengar Yoga in 2011. I was introduced to it by my parents and was impressed by the quality of teaching and the physical, mental and emotional benefits it brings.
