Mirja Nissen

I have been practising yoga since 2002 and started teaching in 2011. I completed my Iyengar Yoga teacher training in London. From November 2015 to March 2020, I lived in India for most of the year studying with senior IY teachers in Rishikesh and Pune. I am currently preparing to take the Level 3 qualification in the UK.
