Bio:

I started Iyengar Yoga in 1995 after my second child was born. I knew then that I would pursue this hobby until my last breath. I obtained the Introductory II teaching certificate in 2005, Intermediate Junior I,II,& III in 2008, 2009 & 2010 respectively. I attained the Intermediate Senior I Level certification in 2015.
I teach all around SW London giving private lessons & corporate group classes in central & S W London.
My style of teaching is gentle and encouraging but progressive, emphasising the health benefits of each pose and the importance of breathing techniques throughout our yoga practice.
