Trina Requena

Hi I started my Yoga journey when I was 21, It captured me and changed my life! I started training in NZ then on to Australia. I have been back in the UK since 2012 where I did more training. I have been teaching for the last 20 years. I am currently J2.
I am passionate about Iyengar Yoga, and I always have been. Like many teachers, you find your own way of teaching, which often makes that a unique trait. I have run various retreats and work very closely with each individual.
I have a small private rural studio just outside of Lewes. I welcome all to experience this wonderful art, science and philosophy.
