IY(UK)’s Iyengar Yoga Family Camp will take place in Forest Row, East Sussex from 22 – 28 July.

Earlybird prices will be held until 31 March – we advise early booking as there has already been considerable interest this year. 

The week’s camp will include yoga classes for adults and children together with an outdoor activity programme for children during adult yoga classes, crafts, storytelling and tasty meals. The website includes plenty of photos from last year to give an idea of how the week runs.

Our guest teachers for the weekend of 27^th – 28^th July will be Sushama Chitale and her son Mihir. Sushama has been at RIMYI for over 22 years and has taught Beginners, Intermediate, Remedial and Seniors classes at RIMYI. She has worked very closely with both Geeta and Sunita Iyengar and has a wealth of experience to share with us. Her son Mihir has assisted Abhijata at RIMYI and has her blessing to come and teach our youngsters and inspire them with his beautiful practice. He has also recently graduated in Sports Science and Medicine from Glasgow University.

Tickets are available for the full week, or you can choose to attend from Monday – Friday or weekend only. There are lots of ticket bundle options for families, as well as tickets for individuals.
