Yoga for Young People
10 online yoga classes for £15 (regular price £50)
Look after your physical and mental health and wellbeing this Autumn at our special 5-week block of live online classes designed for you.
These classes are open to you if you’re aged 18-30 and living in the UK and Ireland.
No prior experience or fitness level required. Classes started on 17 October but it’s not too late to join!

- Tuesday 5pm to 6pm
- Thursday 7.45am to 8.30am
