Anatomy Module

How to approach the anatomy module.

I have found it really productive to give my trainees the task of presenting aspects of the anatomy module. For example, I ask them to give a talk on the knee joint or shoulder complex. They describe their movements and then demonstrate the movements with different yoga poses. This way they study the joint academically, then study the joint practically and become used to standing up in front of students and making a presentation. It also means I have to swot up on my anatomy!!
