About Hanuman Iyengar Yoga Studio

The Hanuman Yoga Studio is a fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio forming part of an old farm building in rural mid Sussex. The fulfilment of a long-ago idea of Sarah Delfas who owns the studio, as a place in which Iyengar yoga can be explored in depth and where an Iyengar yoga local community of all ages can enjoy gathering, it has underfloor heating, a rope wall, a purpose-built equipment store, a trestle and often the sound of birdsong coming through the window.
