About The Studio at Albert Mews

The Studio at Albert mews in Hove was opened in April 2024 by Karen Hamer. Formerly stables, the large, airy studio now provides a very comfortable, peaceful space which is fully equipped and dedicated to teaching Iyengar yoga.
