Keep a practice diary

Name of contributor: Patricia A James

Sections:

I have suggested to my trainees to keep a diary so they can record any “eureka” moments, and also what went well in their practice and what they struggle with. I think it will be interesting for them to look back on and I hope they will see how far they have come. It’s a positive reflection of their practice, feeling and awareness of all aspects of their training . They don’t have to record every class/session, only what they feel will be useful to them for their personal growth.
