Summarise the Bhagavad Gītā

Name of contributor: Jenny-May While

Sections: All

For trainees with an interest in yoga philosophy from the outset. This is an effective way of ensuring that trainees become familiar with the narrative, characters and primary concepts of the text and are able to express them in simple terms. For trainees who don’t like writing, audio or visual submissions make good alternatives.

Write a short, simple summary (or present in some other way) of each of the 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gītā. Imagine you are explaining the plot and content to a 12-year-old.
