Event Description:

This year, the theme is ‘Yoga For All Bodies’ The new format EL day includes group discussion and sharing of practical skills. We will discuss and share different approaches for Iyengar yoga teachers, classes, and communities to be body positive, diverse and inclusive. The day will form 5 of the required 20 hours CPD

The day will be facilitated by Shaili Shafai a Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher, mentor and assessor and is chair of the IY(UK) Mentors and Assessors Support Group Only for certificated teachers and registered trainees. An information pack will be sent to participants in advance of the workshop.
