Exchange of Learning Day with Edgar Stringer

Dorset & Hampshire Iyengar Yoga are delighted to welcome Level Three Teacher Edgar Stringer to host our 2026 Exchange of Learning Day.

Exchange of Learning Days replace the previous Profession Development days and are more focused on sharing experiences and working together in groups. This event is for Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers & Trainees only and will count towards your specialist training hours.

The theme this year is “Yoga For All Bodies”. The workshop will include explorations of practical approaches, and reflexive thought processes, that develop Iyengar yoga classrooms, practice environments and communities, to be diverse, body positive and inclusive.

These events are a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers providing participants with the opportunity to share knowledge and experience in a friendly environment.
