From Movement to Action: End of year workshop 2

Event Description:

The second of two end of the year workshops the first taking place on Saturday 27 December. Action is not just activity – it is the expression of awareness and intelligence in both movement and stillness.

Saturday and Sunday 27-28 December 2025
Otterton Village Hall, East Devon, EX9 7HB

Saturday 27 December 3pm to 6pm
“Letting go of the old – 3 hours of deep recuperation”

Sunday 28 December 10am to 1pm
“Inviting the new – from movement to action”

Cost:

 £30 regular rate per workshop,£22 reduced rate, £12 hardship rate

Book both workshops for a 10% discount eg £54 instead of £60
