Iyengar yoga workshop with Aisling (November 2025)

Event Description:

Aisling Guirke, senior Iyengar yoga teacher based in Dublin, returns to give monthly three hour long workshops for regular students, teacher trainees and teachers. You should be a regular yoga practitioner (not necessarily from the Iyengar yoga tradition) and familiar with sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand). We’ll be doing poses from Levels 1-3.

These are a wonderful opportunity to learn with your peers, benefit from Aisling’s great experience of a lifetime of practice and many visits to the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

Remaining dates in 2025 as follows:

• 3rd December

9.30am-12.30pm, £35 or £25 if money is a barrier to attendance. Book via the student portal.
