Monthly General Workshop

Event Description:

Monthly General Workshop for those with at least 1 year experience of Iyengar yoga wishing to explore the Level 2 and 3 syllabus in more detail. We also look at aspects of philosophy and there will be the opportunity to ask questions.

Level 1 trainees, Level 1 teachers and mentors are welcome to attend and stay on for the Teaching Skills workshop later in the afternoon (see separate event).
