Teachers’ Exchange Of Learning Day with NELIY

Event Description:

This is IY(UK)’s Professional Development day for teachers, known now as an Exchange of Learning Day.  The theme and programme for the day is the same across the country; this year, it’s ‘Yoga for all bodies’ – looking together at how we can help our teaching to be truly inclusive, thinking about adaptation and supports for students with different kinds of bodies. Senior teacher Ros Bell will lead the session. It is an event only for certified Iyengar Yoga teachers and registered teacher trainees. The day will be at the same venue as last year, Caxton House Community Centre, N19 (not the venue in the photo!). Cost is £35; go to our ‘Booking’ page to reserve your place. Please state on your booking form (in ‘Additional information’) if you are a trainee, and make sure your IY(UK) membership is current on the date of this event.
