Teachers’ Workshop

Event Description:

A supportive workshop for Iyengar yoga teachers, trainees, and mentees to grow practice and teaching skills, led by senior teacher Frances Homewood. We’ll explore asana, pranayama, and yoga philosophy with practice, teaching skills, observation, feedback, and shared learning. Guided by the Iyengar mentoring system, the session refines sequencing, instructions, and adjustments while building confidence in a friendly, collegial setting.
Open to Iyengar yoga teachers of all levels, trainees, and mentees.
