Bio:

I currently teach a Beginner/General & Intermediate level class at Cowdray Hall in West Sussex. I also teach a children's yoga class as an after school club. I attend Iyengar Yoga workshops in London and enjoy a regular class with my senior teacher Andrea Smith in Chichester, West Sussex. Recently, I have learned so much from the on-line therapy workshops led by Judi Sweeting. Having completed the teacher training with Alaric Newcombe in 2009 I gained my Introductory Level 2 certificate. In 2019, I was assessed to teach Junior Intermediate level 1 & am now a Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher. I've gladly experienced a week long training with Geeta S.Iyengar Yoga during a convention in London, 2009 & enjoyed the celebration of BKS Iyengar 100 years convention in Harrogate with leading Senior teachers from the UK, 2018.
