Bio:

I teach face-to-face, online, one-to-one and  Saturday workshops. Classes suit complete beginners, and improvers, are fun, with lots of variety, and tailored around the needs of students. My first Iyengar yoga class was in 1996, and I have studied without a break since then. I qualified to teach in 2004, and have since run classes continuously, now as a Level 2 qualified teacher, and Level 1 mentor.  I am completely committed to teaching the Iyengar method, and maintaining my continuous professional development. I attend a weekly teachers’ class, with an Advanced Teacher, Jayne Orton, regular workshops, and many face to face and online conventions. During two visits to Pune, each a month long, I studied at RIMYI, and benefitted from the teaching of each of the Iyengar teachers. It is my aim to pass on the yoga as it has been taught to me, to the best of my ability; to hand an a lineage from which I’ve benefitted so greatly.
