Elaine Spraggett

Bio:

I qualified to teach in 2004, running classes continuously since then (now as a Level 2 qualified teacher).  I am completely committed to teaching the Iyengar method, and maintain my continuous professional development. I attend a weekly teachers’ class, with an Advanced Teacher, Jayne Orton, and regular workshops/conventions. I have visited Pune twice and benefitted from being taught by each of the Iyengar teachers. It is my aim to pass on the yoga as it has been taught to me, to the best of my ability. I teach face-to-face, online, one to one and  Saturday workshops. Classes are fun, with lots of variety, and tailored around the needs of students.
