Yoga Space: Pranayama with Gabriella Giubilaro

You are invited to join us for Yoga Space on Friday 29 April at 12 noon, on Zoom for 1 hour Open and free to all members.

We have invited Gabriella Giubilaro from Florence, Italy to field a discussion on Pranayama and to answer your questions.   She is well known for her clear and insightful approach.

– How to fit Pranayama practice into a general class
– The benefits and effects of Pranayama
– What poses would you recommend as preparation for Pranayama?
– In which postures should we do our Pranayama?
– What is a good starting point in terms of types of Pranayama?
– How to introduce the practice to your students
