Judith Anne Morton

Bio:

My yoga classes take place in Eldroth close to villages of Clapham and Austwick. You’ll find me in the corner of North Yorkshire close to the Lancashire and Cumbria borders.
I have been teaching yoga for 13 years having developed my yoga skills at the Knutsford Institute of Yoga in Cheshire.
I regularly attend classes with Alan Brown.
Every year I develop my yoga skills further by taking part in workshops run by senior teachers from the UK and India.
These workshops deepen my understanding of yoga and I love to share my knowledge and experiences with my students.
