Bio:

Hi there, I’m Lisa – a Level 1 teacher from Glasgow.  

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years now and love to share what I’ve learned with as many people as possible, so that yoga can help others as much as it has helped me over the years.

I offer both in-person and online yoga lessons – group classes and private lessons.

I also host regular Yoga and Walking holidays in the beautiful Spanish Alpujarra mountains at Casa Ana in Ferreirola.
