Jo Lovell

Bio:

I began practicing yoga in 1995 and qualified as a teacher in 2000. I am now a Level 3 certified teacher, registered Therapy Teacher, and Mentor, supporting students, teacher trainees, and those exploring the therapeutic applications of yoga. As a qualified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, I weave together the sister sciences of yoga and Ayurveda, particularly within my retreats. I teach regular classes, workshops, private lessons, and day/weekend retreats, and also serve as Secretary for Bradford District Iyengar Yoga (BDIY), representing the group at a national level. I am based in Menston, near Ilkley in the Wharfedale area of West Yorkshire.
