Hilton Glasgow Hotel is a warm, friendly and welcoming venue located off the M8, The hotel sits on the edge of Glasgow’s City Centre. The West End, the SEC, and OVO Hydro are within a one-mile radius. A true city landmark and the tallest hotel building in the country, the Hilton Glasgow hotel is ideally located for the best shopping in the United Kingdom outside of London, with a variety of shops from high street chains to exclusive chic boutiques. The city’s art galleries, theatres and museums are all within easy reach.
With 322 newly refurbished guest bedrooms, comprising a mixture of Kings, Queen Doubles and accessible rooms, you will not be disappointed. The hotel also offers Executive Double Rooms, Executive Double Queen rooms, Executive Kings with a Balcony and 2, two bedroom King Executive suites. The Executive rooms and suites occupy the top 3 floors of the hotel giving fantastic views of the city.
The hotel has secure underground car parking for 190 cars and residents benefit from a reduced overnight rate in addition to valet parking on request. The Livingwell health club is located on level 1 and entry is complimentary for hotel residents. The fitness facility contains a fully equipped gym along with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

By Bus
Hilton Glasgow is on bus routes from city centre (Line 2 bus) For the most up-to-date and precise bus routes, timings, and stops, we recommend checking a local public transport app or First Bus Glasgow or using a journey planner app such as Google Maps on your phone, as these provide real-time information and exact stops based on your current location.
By Train
There are two main train stations in Glasgow city centre: Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street. Glasgow Central is approximately a 12-minute walk from Hilton Glasgow. From Glasgow Central Low Level, you can also take a ScotRail train to Anderston, which takes about 1 minute. Glasgow Queen Street is the other major station in the city centre. If you are aiming for a destination closer to Glasgow Queen Street, you can take a ScotRail train from Charing Cross (another nearby station, though slightly further from Hilton Glasgow than Anderston) to Glasgow Queen Street Low Level, which takes about 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, if you are at Glasgow Central, you can take the subway between St Enoch and Buchanan Street for a quick transfer to Glasgow Queen Street. For real-time train times and specific routes, it’s always best to check directly with ScotRail or a journey planner app.
By Bike
The city centre is just a short cycle away from the Hilton Glasgow, typically taking only about 6 minutes to cover the approximate 0.9-mile journey. The route often involves main roads like Waterloo Street and Hope Street.
By Car
Hilton Glasgow is situated just off the M8. Secure onsite parking and EV charging is available at the hotel. You will find underground, directional signs at the front, maximum height 1.8m. £16.50 per day for guests, £3.30 per hour non guests.
