Kishe Redwood

I am a millennial student of Iyengar yoga I have been teaching since 2014. I hold my Level 2 certification. I have studied extensively with advanced teachers in India and the UK. I have travelled to Pune on a number of occasions to study at the institute. I run classes in and around the Forest of Dean. They are upbeat and down to earth! I demonstrate and articulate clearly what is to be done in the poses and how to make it happen for individual needs. I am fully insured.
