Hi I'm Joanna (Jo) and I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher based in Kirkcaldy, Fife in Scotland. I teach local Level 1 General level Yoga classes, suitable for beginners and beyond. My yoga classes are taught in a number of locations across Kirkcaldy including my home studio in Auchtertool, Auchtertool Village Hall, the Adam Smith Theatre, the Walled Garden at the Adam Smith Heritage Centre and Strive Health. I also teach an After School Kids Yoga club Auchtertool and a Teen Yoga class in Kirkcaldy at the Adam Smith Theatre on a Friday 2pm. It is a fast and dynamic class aimed at 11 to 18 year olds.Profile Info:
