Bio:

I've been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1998. I'm a Level 3 teacher, mentor and assessor and chair of the Therapy Committee. Living and teaching in Portugal for 12 years, I moved back to my home county of Hampshire in 2018 to be closer to my mum and partner, basing myself in Hedge End, near Southampton where I run classes, online and in person, workshops and teacher training.
