Bio:

I've been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1998 and gained my Senior Level 1 Certificate in 2019 (now Level 3). Living and teaching in Portugal for 12 years, I moved back to my home county of Hampshire in 2018 to be closer to my mum and partner, basing myself in Hedge End, near Southampton where I run classes, online and in person, workshops and teacher training. I also run an annual Iyengar Yoga Festival in Hampshire as well as other retreats in Spain, Portugal and Italy. My main website can be found at www.orangetreeyoga.com.
